A pleasant surprise

An afternoon on the river, more than 10km far from the sea, looking for some chubs.
I used different lures but fishes didn't seem to collaborate. I tried some casts at the bottom of a short artificial waterfall, right amongst the rocks, letting my lure move between the whirlpools and here it is...

Un pomeriggio sul fiume, più di 10km lontano dal mare, cercando qualche cavedano.
Uso diverse esche ma i pesci non sembrano collaborare. Provo qualche lancio alla base di una piccola cascata, in mezzo alle rocce, lasciando che l' esca si muova fra i gorghi ed eccola qui...

It's unbelievable the way these animals can get used to different enviroments but even more unbelievable is the fact I can only catch seabasses when I'm not looking for them -.-


Incredibile come questi animali riescano ad adattarsi ad ambienti cosi diversi ma ancora piú incredibile é il fatto che buchi spigole solo quando non le sto cercando -.-
